need to stop!

Sigh. I have started to drink again. Need to find a way to stop. I can't help it cos it helps me relax and forget things. Although sadly only for a short moment. Hate the after effects the next morning especially with a screwed up stomach like mine. Arrrggghhh.

Any therapies out there to divert my need to drink?? I don't smoke and will never so please don't say that helps! Unless I start eating. Sigh. Then I'll gain back the few kilos I tried so hard to loose. Damn there doesn't seem to be a win win situation! =(

though of suggesting driving fast. it helps but sometimes not worth the risk. music helps too but then again it could make you sulk and willow... i'll let you know when i find the answer. 2007 has proven to be nothing but challenges im sure i'll be asking the same question too.

actually i used to drive fast as a remedy...but stopped due to the danger...did lots of stupid stunts that scare me when i think back...

Anyway, hit the gym la.. lift them weights, channel your frustration that way and realease your excess energy via cardio... it works for me, somewhat rather
